I purchased the chair in May 2026 and now in June 2026 the chair is not working properly that I have to continue to shut down and get the rollers to work agin. This is too soon to have problems!

Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. I don’t know how to reduce the intensity, or where the heat is. The rollers are fixed and very strong. There is no padding on the back, I ordered a massage chair pad and it really made it feel so much better.

Dont waste your money. Nnone of the massagers line up with a normal human body. There is no adjustments, you can get your arms in the massagers without having the neck massagers grind at your skull. Forget about having anything except the bones in your lower back massaged. They dont roll up. They are stationary. So no middle back massages. The control board makes no sense, so good luck figuring that out. The instruction manual is a joke. Huge waste of money

This was a great Father's day gift. The chair was easy to assemble and made out of good quality materials.
