The chair is made well; however, after having it for a few months, I regret my purchase. The rollers are fixed and do not adjust, which makes it uncomfortable. Zero gravity does work; however, the leg area does not stretch. I suggest finding a chair with rollers that go up and down and with a stretch feature on the leg area.

The chair is very nice and the quality seems to be good also. For me, the massage feature is just a little bit too intense on my back. I really liked the zero gravity feature. . I also had two other friends try it . One really enjoyed the neck massage and the other the leg. All in all it is a good chair for the money.

Bought this as a gift to my mother. All though the heating function did malfunction after a few uses, she did keep the chair and utilizes it daily
