Arrived quickly and undamaged. I paid for professional install. Installer was quick to setup appointment and did a fantastic job. Our MD and RN's love the seat and its controls (both side foot controls + hand control). Also like all the seat positions that can be customized and memory settings. Came with extra replaceable headrest with hole for taking care of patients when they are laying on their front.

Chair was delivered to my salon suite. Communication was made by the driver for ease of delivery. I will definitely be ordering again
