Arrived on time and with all expected contents. Works for what I need it for. I purchased this unit instead of the other "A" shaped model (even though I'm using it for a laptop, which would've worked because it allows me to use it as a true monitor riser in the future if I no longer need it for a laptop, so it's more multi-purpose. My only complaint is that one of the screws for the lower attachment point (base to piston arrived stripped, so I could only use 2/3 of the screws, but it still creates stable fixation, no wobble or danger to my laptop. Perfect addition to my office space, no more neck pain from looking down all day! Creates desk space as the base is smaller than my laptop. Would buy again.
