So much damage to pieces... Thanks for easy return though.

Great very impressive!

Great item! They kids love it

Sturdy Bed, Difficult Assembly (worth the sturdiness), and Some Design Flaws Overall, I appreciate the bed’s sturdiness, higher weight capacity, and the fact that it doesnt require wall anchoring. Its sturdy enough for an adult and a pre-teen to comfortably enjoy bedtime snuggles! However, several pieces arrived chipped or fractured, and the ladder is awkwardly designed and narrow. Assembly took nearly 9 hours with two people rather than the advertised 5, and although the instructions were mostly clear, several necessary predrilled holes were missing and had to be carefully made. Wayfairs assembly service was equally frustrating. After two failed attempts, including a no-show that cost me an unpaid day of work, I was asked to take yet another unpaid day off to reschedule without assurance anyone would arrive and no accountability or credit for a lost day of wages because Wayfair uses 3rd party assembly companies and takes no responsibility. I canceled the service. Also, the beds measurements are approximately an inch shorter than advertised. A gaming chair must be at its lowest setting to fit underneath, making the space practical primarily for someone under 55. At 56, I hit my head and have to sit hunched over. Great weight capacity and stability, but disappointing quality control, inaccurate dimensions, and a frustrating assembly experience.
