It is very unprofessional that the only solution Wayfair has to offer is a 25% refund after spending almost an hour chatting with customer service. The product that arrived was of poor quality, and Wayfair was unable to refund my purchase. The solution was to repair a defective and low-quality item or to receive a 25% refund to fix it. It feels like a scam.

We will make this piece work. However, there were a few of the wooden pieces missing and one was unglued. We have left over quarter round chunks that we will glue up n. The outline where the wooden pieces were meant to be can be seen but if you’re not looking closely, it’s not detectible. Overall sloppy, but will definitely work for us where it’s meant to go.
