It was tricky to get set up but I like it. I could have gone a size up for my dog but I think it will work fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a long haired chihuahua who hates being left alone and I love bike rides so once i found the K&H Pet Products - K&H Travel Bike Basket for Pet's I knew this was going to solve my problems. It is loned so he is comfortable has extra pockets to store stuff in and if he does stay home I can use it as a basket for my water or whatever i may need to bring. It is very sturdy and made with a great material and you can tell it will hold up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my small Shitsu and I love this basket, it was easy to attach to the bike. We used on a paved trail and really enjoyed it. The pockets on the side are a plus especially the one with the zipper to secure any valuable you carry with you. Another plus is the clip that I used to ensure my doggie would stay put as this was the first time she was riding on a bike.

i had my doubts as i put this thing together. it felt really cheap and flimsy, but i figured maybe when it was all put together, it would be sturdy or strong. not the case. as soon as i put my dog in the basket (he weighs 16lbs and this was the large size basket) the basket support rack started to bend and the stitching popped on the safety straps. thank god i wasn’t on the road, going over a bump, or my dog would have fallen with the basket to the road. Terrible and unsafe!! maybe for a small dog, but i would not risk it.
