I ordered this carrier in Olive Green but received it in grey, not once, not twice, not thrice, but four times. They did offer a discount to keep the grey carrier but I kept opting for what I ordered and kept none. Never received the correct color. It appeared to be a nice item. Apparently it was the distributors fault and not wayfair themselves. Customer service was easy to deal with.

My pet carriers are at least 20 years old and are the rigid plastic kind with no windows. They’re used mainly to take kitties to the vet, but it was time to try a modern one. I was afraid that kitty would be scared if she could see the world around her. But she wasn’t. Indeed, she was curious about everything she saw, and the carrier allows plenty of opportunities to see. The carrier is soft and has a cozy soft warm bed. I really appreciate the straps that the seat belt can slip through and make the carrier more secure. Kitty can be placed in the front, back or from the top. One thing I discovered: My kitties are calmer when riding in the car and can see me. This carrier is well-built and will last a long time.

I havent used it yet, but I think I (and my cat) are going to like it a lot better than the big, hard crate we used previously. I like that it comes with a removable pad for comfort and easy washing. Also, the mesh top option is nice to peek in without releasing the rascal. I took one star away because the ends are what hold it up, so when Im putting my cat into it, the top droops down. He is usually good about going into it, so I dont think that will be too much of a hindrance.

This is the absolute first time that I’ve been able to get my cats to enter a carrier willingly - they normally hate traditional hard side carriers, but they love this soft one. The removable mat on the floor of the carrier is as soft as a cashmere cloud. The mesh sides allow for plenty of ventilation, and also allow visibility but also a certain amount of privacy - that’s hard to do, but they’ve accomplished that so well with this mesh. As you can see in the pics, it’s still a little squished down from just having come out of the box, but the cats will have that sorted soon! Also, the padded shoulder strap is fantastic for me!!

I love this bag carrier, but my cat loves it even more! I have 3 cats and they all like it, it even fits more than one cat, if not all 3! but I didnt dare try. The bag is very strong and made of high quality material. I love the unzip sides, it opens fully and the top opens as well, which is my favorite way to put the cat in and out. Its easy to store as it folds back almost flat and to the original box if preferred. The shoulder pad is very good and its so much more comfortable to carry than the regular cat carriers. I got it for veterinarian trips but will certainly use it for travelling one of these days as it is proper for that (airport).
