We got this for our limited garage gym space. Pros very sturdy feeling, was pretty easy to assemble (took about 30 minutes), adjustable for different heights, and that it folds up for storage. Cons The rubber grips were a workout itself to put on. Honestly thats it for the cons. I highly recommend especially for people with limited space.

I was looking for something to help improve overall fitness. I ordered the Adjustable Foldable Pull Up and Dip Station by KERDOM. It was delivered quickly, in just a couple of days, and in perfect condition. Assembly was quick and easy. The instructions were easy to follow. I was able to assemble most of it myself with only a little help to add the top bar. When ready to use it, it is quick and easy to set up. It is very stable when the stand is in the open position. And is made of what appears to be sturdy metal. And when you’re finished,it folds for easier storage. It also is adjustable to different heights. Definitely a keeper.

We love this pull-up bar. It's easy to put together and it can be put away pretty easily. We're working on setting it up in our garage, but for now, it works on our lanai. I like how steady it feels and I feel much safer using this vs. a over the door pull-up bar.

Very stable dip station. Our only issue with it is it only has wide and close grip handles, but we knew this going into the purchase. Otherwise, great addition for a home gym. Easy to put together (although instructions did not come in English). Cardboard underneath in photos is not due to quality of the station but because we have uneven floors.
