The canopy was amazing but the lights set on fire

I bought this for my daughter's room - it's very simple but exactly what we were looking for. I was a little wary of the hook system it came with, and just went with a command hook instead & that works great, it's been up for a few months without a problem.

The lights came tangled to the point that we could not use them. The canopy itself ripped after being up for one day.
