I received these two vegetable and citrus peelers today. BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL WHEN REMOVING THE PLASTIC TIP FROM THE PEELER. I attempted to pull off the plastic tip too quickly and sliced off the tip of my finger. KitchenAid does make good products, and I plan to use these peelers. Use "Caution" with this product.
