I’m so excited to have this. It’s my first pestal and mortar. it’s very solid and heavy. It’s beautiful. I’m thinking on leaving it out on my counter because it’s so pretty. It arrives safely and in a timely manner it’s just perfect.

Very cute marble mortar and pestle. I couldn’t believe how fast I received it after I ordered. It was only a couple days and it was delivered. It is a nice and heavy little mortar. I love the white marble because it blends with any color kitchen. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the manufacturer didn’t include any care instructions. How are you supposed to care for it. I know you can use in a dishwasher but I am sure there is some steps you can take so not to ruin the finish or chip the mortar or pestle. I hand washed in regular dawn dish soap and hand dried so it didn’t dry with spots. I made my first batt h of salad dressing and everything worked out well. The pestle feels ok in the hand while mashing the ingredients. So far very happy with my selection.
