I am a mixture of disappointed and frustrated with Perigold. After having received either damaged merchandise or items that look nothing like their online representation in my last several orders, against my better judgment, I decided to try again because I really liked the canvas I ordered. Unfortunately, as with two previous framed canvases I ordered, the frame on this piece arrived damaged. I contacted Perigold and was offered a discount, which I declined. What am I supposed to do with a mangled frame? Now comes the inconvenience of having to repackage the item and drive it over to a FedEx location miles away to return it. It will be a very long time, if ever, that I order from Perigold.
