These are very, very nice - you would never know that they are plastic just looking at them. They feel really nice and look very pretty on the table - I would buy these again! I use to buy only cloth place mats but they are so hard to deal with, they look great when their new - if you wash them you have to iron them so they don't look ratty and, it they get stained, can't always get it out. Way to much work and they don't last too long. So, I decided to find place mats that look like cloth. Works for me. These are great - would highly recommend them!

Although plasticized they are heavy and elegant.

They are ok, overpriced!
