I think it would have been absolutely beautiful but unfortunately it arrived in a million shattered pieces.

It’s a lovely cake stand. We have used it for pastry, pie, cake, a little of everything. It’s simple, sturdy and looks rustic. The dome is heavy and the knob is small but gentle hands won’t have an issue. Looks lovely as a center piece or counter storage for fresh pastry. Love it!

I was looking for a spacious cake stand for my two-layered cakes and I like this one. It is huge but still elegant. Although the glass dome is a little thinner than it looks, I think it is sturdy and heavy enough. The wooden bottom is well-made and it clasps the dome firmly.

Exactly what I was looking for to display baked goods on the counter. Packaging was impressive- extremely large box in which another box held the glass wear protected with an enormous amount of styrofoam. The wood plate is only fair in quality. As depicted in the picture it needs sanding. It will also need a food safe sealer to prevent grease marks.

This a small cake stand, wouldnt fit a 9" pie with tin. Came shipped in a huge box to protect the glass. Now about the stand. Quality is rough, real rough. The stand is unfinished wood, with wood putty/fill in several places. They drilled through the wooden plate then filled with putty on top. The inside lip will give you splinters. The glass lid, is lopsided. Glass does not fit into the cake plate as designed. Offcenter knob on glass lid.
