I think there might be a small glitch in the system that your IT service may need to take a look at. I never received my package/organizer. There seems to be a disconnect somewhere in the "new address change " process. The agent I talked to said the old and the new address were in the system, but somehow the merchandise was sent to the old address in South Carolina. My former neighbor saw it. I called Customer Service and the agent made a correct, but it has not taken effect. Please send me what I ordered to : Dorothy H.
