This is just what I expected! The chair came packaged VERY nicely and was very easy to put together, (not alot of complicated pieces and very easy directions!) . I wanted a comfortable, modern combination recliner for a small space and this chair fits the bill! The massage component is just like the description and is very comfortable for its' size. The ONLY thing is that, although it's just the right size for me, (130lbs. 5.5), my husband, (210lbs), wants his old, full-size lazy boy back--he says this chair is not big enough for him--he CAN sit in it and the description DOES say fits up to 250lbs., this may not be the chair for individuals who prefer a 'BIG COMFY' recliner. I wish it would've had a 'rocker" feature, but for the most part, I'm extremely happy with this item. Only giving a 4 star rating to consider hubby's perspective, otherwise I would've given it a 5--hope this helps future buyers!

It’s the perfect size for our kids, it’s comfortable and looks very durable. They love the massage feature the most, love the color black.

MAJOR DISAPPOINTED. Chair presented in Mayfair site to b power recline but that info conflicted with another purchaser’s review that stated she disappointed because chair was manual recline. I phoned Mayfair for explanation. Mayfair rep, Eric, assured me chair was power recline. My Chair arrived and it is NOT power recline. CHAIR IS MANUAL RECLINE.

I bought two of these chairs. They are absolutely poor quality. The massage feature is week. The chairs are as hard as a doctors office exam table. If it was not a lot of hassle I would of sent them back. The old saying you get what you pay for, very true in this case. Very sad customer. ☹️
