I was hesitant to buy this after a tummy tuck, but it has been great! This is more petite than many other lift recliners so it fits in my room well. I don't use the massage often, but I use the lift all the time. It lifts me up just enough so my center of gravity shifts forward. I also love that the arms are sturdy, but not too thick. I can wrap my hands around them to help shift or move. I am in this chair many hours a day right now, and have slept in it too. Highly recommended, especially for the price point.

Perfect for our situation

The power mechanism broke after less than 4 months. No manufacturer’s warranty. Unless you buy the protection plan, you’re out of luck. I don’t think a product that costs nearly $400 with taxes should require a protection plan for failure to work in the first place four months. I bought this for my mom’s nursing home room. I didn’t think it would last forever, but I didn’t think I’d be throwing my money away. It’s too bad because it’s a compact comfortable chair. But factor in the cost of the protection plan before deciding to buy.

The chair is exactly what I was looking for, more compact than most and fits very well in the space I have. I’m happy with it. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the delivery was in my high rise building, delivered to the basement and left for me to get it up to the 6th floor , unpack it and set in in place for the assembly pro , who came and spent 15mins setting it up the following day. I am an 83 yr old woman and could not get in contact with Fedex or Wayfair before delivery to help solve the problem, very frustrating.
