Il faut que le client soi débrouillard, je ne vois pas une femme âgée monter ce fauteuil

Both chairs have ripped and we are not getting any answer about how to go about getting them fixed. We tried to open another claim for damage to another chair and it won’t let us.

This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The cup holders, USB port and pockets are nice extras.
