I have never been more disappointed in a chair. Then this one. It feels like youre sitting on boards with fabric covering It. I am disabled and have back problems. And this chair is making them worse every time I sit in it.I would love to have a refund, please.

Body Fabric:Navy Blue
Unbelievable....I let the chair sit for a few weeks, dreading putting it together. It came in 3 huge boxes, a little intimidating. Then I finally broke down to do it. I could have been chillaxing weeks ago! SUPER easy, I'm a chick and it only took me like 10 min. The chair it's self is AMAZING! The fabric is so very soft and nice. I will say, the chair is built to assume you are 5'8 plus. I am not, I'm 5'3 so what is suppose to be the back portion of the chair is my head. I don't use that one. But every other setting is very nice. Probably the nicest thing I've bought my self. No rollers in the chair, it's straight high vibration, but very nice!
