They don’t tell you , you have to put it together! You have to put the seat cushion in a zipper pocket, you have to install cup holders, you have to install armrests, you have to install the back of the chair! You have to connect five wires, It wasn’t hard to do if you are mechanical inclined! The directions are pictures!
