Except for missing a necessary part to finish the install, the chair was disappointing. Had several broken parts and the motor and remote did not work.

Love this chair. It fits perfect in my room. My dog Toby and I both love the heat and how comfortable it is. It matches the color of my couch

I live it! The chair is so comfortable and a great price compared to other retailers in my area.

Fathers day gift/Anniversary (had to get a pair) These Chairs are a welcome surprise! So easy to put together and you don't have to "download" directions. Well made, strong stitching. Expected them to be a little softer, but I'm sure they will get broke in. Shipping was good and boxes were in good shape, no punctures. Little early for 5 star; just broke em open. Time will tell, and I hope we never have to use the warranty. But overall, very impressive!

First chair was replaced due to mechanical issue. Replacement chair is now broken after only 3 months. Recliner leg mechanism is broke and lopsided with no option to return. Would not recommend.
