Not what I expected, wish I had read all reviews before I made purchase. Missing plug for the USB port, without that it will not massage. Very small recliner and looks cheaply made. Will make do for now as it costs too much to return

Very poor quality. Huge box and parts missing!! Customer service can not get parts missing to Me for 14 days. Very dissatisfied! If wasn’t so hard to repack you ship back.. I would return it!! Do not buy!!!
