EXCELLENTO! Arrived on time. The big box got me a bit nervous but after opening it was a breeze for this 70 year old young woman to assemble it in no time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! UPDATE......Springs coming up pressing against leather seat and sitting is so uncomfortable and uneven and every so often when in recliner position the entire chair just drops with forceful landing. This happened at first but after a few times just stopped so I thought the issue had been resolved. I just got this Nov 5th 2025! So glad I purchased the insurance.! Unacceptable! Looking elsewhere for quality and comfort!

We order 2 of these beautiful recliner lift massaging chairs. We are very pleased with them. They are well built and designed. The seat is wife enough for full figured people. The leather is soft but full bodied. I chose the rich brown and it beautiful. Look great in my brown & beige and orange den.

Comfy chair that reclines to a comfortable angle. It was instrumental in my healing from total knee replacement. I slept in the chair for over a month. Easy to get out of, even without the lift assist. liftassist.
