Overall it’sa great quality chair. Being thorough is another thing. There was a screw that did not fit into the back of the chair. The entire fitting was stripped. I was able to put the chair together anyway. While continuing to put the chair together, yet another hiccup. There was suppose to be rubber washers to go with the attached screws for the calf rest, no rubber washers. Also the instructions are terrible is you have never assembled before!
