I just went back on my order and this is not the color recliner I ordert, it supposed to be dark gray not light gray and the recliner is not good quality. How can we solve the problem, please Thank you .

Recliner purchased December 2025, broke March 2026…. longer under warranty. Very disappointed it should last more than four months.

Chair not as comfortable as I would like for it to me. Not soft enough

There are two very hard lumps on the seat of the chair that are likely the massagers, but they are so close to the top of the chair that you can’t sit comfortably. With less than a month of use, the back part of the seat has sunken so much that it is exposing the wires in the back of the chair. The massage function is just little vibrations. With light use, the chair is already creaking and squeaking. Returns are very expensive and it is extremely challenging to take apart and find appropriate shipping boxes to return the item, so I essentially wasted money on a chair that will get less than a month of use.

Comfortable lift chair and fits 6 ft 7 man quite comfortably. The lift feature on it is wonderful to help him stand more easily. He loves the heat and massage features on it too. Overall he is very satisfied with his purchase
