The chair is very comfortable.Its a very big I love it.Im the downside.I do not like the full handle.I do not like the loudness of the vibration of the massage chair and I dont like that.The heat doesnt go off through the chair smith

The items seat was too small. Pull to release footrest for difficult to access. Cupholders were awkward to install, and footrest was a struggle to push down. Quality of the fabric was excellent, and it was comfortable for a smaller person or child.

This is NOT a recliner…it is basically a massage chair. Very disappointing! Gonna figure out how to get a real recliner i stead if this hunk o junk!!

This 'oversized' chair is truly laughable. My 6'2" husband looks like he is sitting in a child's chair. To sit in it, you feel as though you will tip over. Want a massage (as advertised)? Best they can do is a weird vibration. Honestly, my dryer has better gumption. 0/5 Do Not Recommend. I would send back, but there is no way I can repackage the chair the way it came. Now I have to suck up being out $300+.

Pull cord for footrest is extremely hard to use. Footrest barely comes up. Doesn’t actually recline. Disappointed.
