Great planter!

I absolutely love these new planters!!! I needed something to hold my black elephant ears that were given to me by my best friend and these planters are just perfect!!! Wonderful addition to my back yard paradise!

Got this planter for its rectangular shape and unique black finish. The rough texture is very nice. It doesn’t look like ceramic or pottery. It definitely looks plastic. But, that was ok for my purpose. It doesn’t have drainage holes, though I think it would be very easy to drill some into the bottom. I will just place pots in it so I can change it easily with the seasons. An 8 inch pot fits perfectly.

Great planter to fill with flowers or a small patio herb or vegetable garden. Sturdy design, but light weight to easily move around with textured finish for a nice little look. Deep enough so plants can securely root. I drilled holes in the bottom to allow for good water drainage.

Planter box is exactly as expected. It was surprisingly delivered without a packing box. It was simply wrapped in plastic with a shipping label. This is a sturdy plastic box. No damage from shipping. Obviously easy to unwrap and get started. Interior of the box has not drainage holes. My husband easily drilled in three holes in the bottom. I decided it needed a bit of drainage since I was planting vegetables and herbs in the box. It will be used on our patio to extend our mini garden. It is a good looking, simple, rectangular box. The top edge ‘folds’ over into the interior and goes down about two inches from the top. I made sure to fill the planter up just past the two inch edge to coverdisguise that edge. The top edge is nice and flat. It is a classic design. I would highly recommend this planter for flowers or a mini garden. Great price point for this planter. It will be sturdy for years to come.
