Branche de pulvérisation cèdre 7 tiges

When I opened the box with this product the faux snow was everywhere! As I picked it up the plastic-y powder was falling from the branch even more. Really bad quality for the price this is sold for, even on sale. This low quality can be easily found for WAY much less at crafts store. And to make this experience even worse Wayfair for some reason is refunding me only a portion of the total cost?! What kind of store offers partial refund when I requested a return label within 30 minutes of receiving the product?
