Fontaine de table à 4 niveaux avec lumière

I love this little fountain. I got it because I follow feng shui and needed a 1-liter fountain remedy for one bagua. The reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is that it is virtually SILENT. Does not make a sound except for a hardly audible gentle lapping one every few seconds and depending on the time of day. This suits me perfectly because my boyfriend does not like the sound of fountains but I think this is important to know in case you’re someone who loves the cascading/trickling sounds fountains typically make. Then this one is definitely not for you! In case you want something lovely and relaxing to look at though, with a small footprint and silent, then this water fountain is the one for you!

This fountain is SILENT. Makes no noise whatsoever. The entire purpose of a fountain is for the zen sound of the water trickling. It's "cute", seemingly cheaply made but I do like that it's very lightweight and easy to unpack and set up. However, it makes no noise whatsoever and I'm too lazy to box it up and return it. So I'm trying to figure a way to get it to make noise. The water seamlessly just pours from one tier to the next, making no noise. It's a pour vs a trickle. Silent and disappointing for the purpose of purchase. Also, I added beach glass to the little buckets in an attempt to get them to make more of a trickle. Didn't work - but looks nice so I left it.

I am disappointed. Can’t hear the water fountain. It is quiet

This fountain was very easy to set up and clear directions were included in the package. You need to be sure the pump is always covered completely with water; this is a little difficult because the suction cups don't really stick well to the bottom of the fountain. Depending on how much you run it, I recommend lifting off the main top piece to check the water level at least weekly or more often. The LED light is quite bright which might be an issue if you keep the fountain in your bedroom, though it gives a pretty look to it; it's not an option to turn off the light. It has a nice, quiet bubbling water trickle sound which I find soothing and you can adjust the force of the water with a switch on the pump. The water flows smoothly down the tiered bowls and I have not found splashing water to be an issue. I was looking for a little zen in my life as things have been stressful, and listening to the quiet water sounds is calming for me. I keep the fountain in my bedroom and enjoy listening to the water while I relax before bedtime.
