The item arrived totally inadequate packed - in a thin box with zero bubble wrap. As a result, the frame was shattered to pieces! And because it was shattered, I could see that the frame is not even made of wood, it's porous plastic. In addition, the photo is covered in plexiglass, highly reflective. The image itself is gorgeous, and I will be buying it from another outlet that carries that photographer's work. Very disappointed in both the framing quality and the shipping!
