I am pleasantly surprised at the comfort of this chair! The seat cushion is a little more firm than I would normally want - but it is still comfortable to be in for several hours. I really appreciate the configuration of the remote, one center button brings my chair back to an upright position. WooHoo! The color is creamy white as listed, but it is the cream color I was hoping for. It took my husband and I about an hour to put it together, and did not present any issues while doing so. We are happy with this purchase.

It is a very comfortable chair, but the recline or stan up feature does not work, still waiting to hear what can be done to fix the problem
