Love this so much. Can’t believe how well this works and only requires minimal effort. I can exercise while im watching tv which is very convenient.I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants an easy way to exercise!!!

I am quite excited to use this. I’ve tried it out but not truly got going on it yet. Works well. My husband works out daily in our garage and we are turning it into a mini circuit gym so I can work out with him. He has a weight bench and sandbags for himself.

This exercise machine comes already assembled. It is ready to use right out of the box. It has a little pamphlet with it to help you with everything you need to know. However, if you just want to balance on itand get the hang of it, you can right off the bat. I just stepped up on it and balanced myself. Then I pushed my weight down on one side and then the other. You can go as slow or as fast as you want. When you want to stop, just sopping pushing down. Then step off the machine. It is pretty easy, but I see how someone with daily devotion could build up their speed and endurance and really work their body on this.

I really like this but it started to squeak only after a few minutes on it (right out of the package). Any tips to fix this?
