This little machine gives quite a workout. It definitely helps tone your thighs and glutes. It is very simple to use and offers 4 levels of resistance so anyone from an exercise beginner to someone already in good shape can use and benefit from the exercises it offers. It was also very easy to assemble.

Shipping was fast. This machine took about 30 minutes to build by myself. It’s a pretty good hip abductor machine for at home. It comes with higher resistance cords to make it a bit more difficult if you want that. It’s a bit awkward to sit in it, honestly. It wobbles a bit when you are trying to get yourself situated though.

I screwed up

This hip abducter machine is really light and was a little bit of a pain to build since all the hardware was in a bag and wasnt separately labeled. It comes with 2 resistance ropes for various ranges of resistance. Seat was a little scrunched in transit. Nice addition to any home gym.
