A beautiful light but stopped working after only one month after install. Very disappointing because I was so excited for this light. It was beautiful when it worked and there is no customer support to help with return

It doesn't work. We hired a professional to install it and even with the replacement part Wayfair sent, it will not function. Really disappointed in the customer service on this too as we ordered a replacement and they just sent us a random part for it that did not solve the issue.
