This is the end results after two returns. This is the bigger item. It is NOT adjustable. The extended neck is a joke. We paid for the longer wire neck and got this. It’s still nice but not as described. Customer service was nice however the product did not the expectation

The item I received was a different size (33” instead of 39”) and different brand. I contacted customer service, provided pictures and got the following message “ Wayfair's exclusive brands help our customers who have a distinct style and purpose for shopping on our site. As a style house, we work closely with major manufacturers to bring you the best products at the lowest possible price. Although the item you purchased arrived in the manufacturer's packaging, it is the the same product that was shown on our site. I understand your confusion, Francesca. Based on the information we have, the item you received aligns with the specifications of the product listed on our site, even if the packaging or branding differs. I can assist you further with the return process if you'd like. How would you like to proceed?” And of course the return is NOT free.
