Plafonnier semi-encastré 3 lumières Crystal Modern

This light fixture was a little cheaper looking then I wouldve liked once opened but figured higher up it might be ok once installed. Unfortunately the acrylic diffuser plate that sits at the bottom of the light was cracked through. Disappointed, but Customer Service was exceptional in resolving the problem and mailed out a replacement. I was expecting just the diffuser plate but received an entirely new light shipment. Upon removing the parts I noticed the diffuser plate on the replaced was also cracked. Unable to install it. I genuinely think it could be avoided by packaging it better and unhappy I not only cant use it but now have two boxes of usable parts.
