I really, really wanted to love this fixture but unfortunately the second I opened the box I was disappointed -- the "unique" texture is actually very jagged, easily chippable glass. As soon as we removed it from the styrofoam, small glass shards began to flake off -- sharp if stepped on! I was able to wipe off the excess to avoid any more shedding, but then I noticed that the "scalloped" detailing was inconsistent around the fixture, meaning it didn't look symmetrical or rounded consistently. Also, the lightbulb positioning in the fixture highlights any imperfections on the ceiling, given how the glass reflects the light back up. It looks fine installed, but it isn't my favorite so I plan to eventually replace.

Bought 2 of the lights for myself! I am so happy and they are extremely cute! They are a really good quality light and simple for any home
