Item ordered Saturday canceled within an hour of ordering. Saturday, Sunday Monday received confirmation of cancellation (email from Wayfair). Tuesday received notification that item was shipped on Monday. Since receipt of email confirming shipment, multiple correspondence with Wayfair and Wayfair txt chat voicing concern about item being shipped despite cancellation. Promised issue would be taken care of once delivered. Now that items have arrive today, informed that I will be responsible for returning items must pay cost associated with return and or FedEx can pick up item and cost will be deducted from my refund. Horrible. Customer Service txt chat was 1hr with no resolution. Outraged and will never ever buy from Wayfair again
