Fireplace is beautiful! Well packaged! Assembled! Delivery men were professional, kind, and helpful!

Im in love!

Love my fireplace, easy delivery

We love it! It looks great in our apartment. It's very realistic looking. The delivery worked very well. I received several text messages updating me when it was going to arrive. The morning of delivery, I got a call from the driver giving me a narrow window of when to expect it that day. Then, I got a call when they were 30 minutes away. They brought the box in and placed it approximately where we wanted it.
