I was concerned that. most electric fireplaces that I've seen looked fake. This model is quite realistic -- most others that are real looking are 2-3x the price.

Great fire place insert. Easy install and heats the 2 rooms wonderfully.

When I unpacked the fireplace there was damage to the small and large frame and also the lining behind the glass. This was very disappointing to see in that the last one I ordered it was perfect.
