The client didn’t install yet but we have opened the box and the log with the fire dust looks really realistic, looking forward to install it with real stone.

Très satisfait

I have tried several electric log sets and been extremely disappointed. Nothing on the market that’s a log set looks close to being a real fire experience. But this Napoleon sets comes closest. I assembled it myself in about 30 minutes. Instructions were easy. The “glowing fire “ could be more realistic, the flames could be higher and wider and the blower on the heater could be quieter. I paid much more for other log sets that couldn’t hold a candle (or flame ) to this set. For what you get this set should be a couple hundred dollars cheaper but I’m keeping it until technology improves and something better comes on the market

Perfect! Worth the money to get the look I wanted in my traditional fireplace but not use real wood.

Other than the cord being 2 foot shot to get to a plug outlet we consider the unit as a very nice unit. We would order this grand if fireplaces again.
