I think 1/4 of the lights should not have burnt out in one month's time. I replaced as many of the blackened bulbs as I could with the meager replacement bulbs that were included. The tree I had before that I have been trying to replace lasted 8 years. I am sorely disappointed in this outcome. And after reading your return policy, I see that because I purchased and received by tree on October 12, before the November 1 cutoff date, I cannot even return the tree.
