Beautiful chair. So sleek and chic. Heavy. The massage function is great.

The chair is beautiful, the color is exactly as pictured and the massage rollers do a great job. It arrived with 2 pieces not listed in the description. The first is a lumbar pillow shown in my picture and the second is a back pad that was probably added because the rollers can be very strong on your back and it helps to cushion them. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but there are a few issues. First, it shipped in 2 pieces with the chair by FedEx and the base by UPS. Both boxes were badly beat up, but the base got bent in shipping. It doesn’t seem to impact the stability but it is visually noticeable. Second, the heat is barely noticeable. It says it is 45 C, but there is no way. The heat is in 3 places, and the ones on the foot rest and back are only noticeable when you press on those spots. The heater on the seat gets warm after many minutes but it isn’t 45 C. And finally, when the chair is upright, my feet don’t touch the ground, just my toes, and I am 5’7”. Otherwise it is a great chair that I definitely recommend.

I love my Luna massage chair. Positives. Easy to set up. 2 fit people. Massage rollers are awesome. It's like being on a table and receiving a real massage. Color is exactly as I expected. I bought the blue. Bluetooth speakers are decent. I need to adjust my equalizer. Too much of the highs. Leather is good quality, but I would do an upgrade for the company to go another 1mm thicker. Heat function is good. I don't need more than the max. Head rest is good and I can adjust it. Improvements More cushion where my arms rest on the arm rests. 1mm thicker for the leather. Overall. Well worth it at the discount price. Massage function is the best out there. House rule No one uses the chair until I do.
