This chair is really comfortable. I love the feature where you can pair it with your Bluetooth on your TV and get a real surround sound effect. Massage function is really well. long day of work, enjoyable just to sit in the chair and relax.

The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!

Very uncomfortable. I can't sit in this chair for a minute, it's so bumpy and unbearable. I wish the hard plastic massage objects would recede or go back into the chair so I could relax when the massage is turned off but no luck, those rocks are in back all the time. A hard pass.

I love this chair because it is also a piece of furniture. It’s perfect for upper body if you don’t need all of the bells and whistles. The pressure and heat are great. Use it without the headrest for a deeper neck masssage.
