The fountain is beautiful, and it’s easy to hear the sound of the water falling even with the door closed. However, the fountain loses water quickly and needs to be refilled with 3 gallons of distilled water every other day which becomes quite costly.

Such a beautiful and great quality fountain . It was fairly easy to assemble and light to carry outside . I love the grey neutral color and listening to the water running every time I step outside . My birds will be enjoying yo very soon here in south florida

This fountain looks ok but I would NEVER had ordered this fountain because basically there is no way to clean the pump without dismantling the fountain to get to the pump. How do you clean the pump or even be able to get to the control valve without dismantling the tiers to get to the pump? Id appreciate hearing from someone. how toa clean this fountain.

So the fountain is very nice. Needs a very level location for proper water flow. So why only 3 stars? I don't like to badmouth a vendor, but since I filled out a form a week ago and received no response I'll air my grievance here. The fountain was received in fair condition, but heavily taped. Upon opening, it was obviously a return. I have nothing against buying returns for a savings, but I don't like paying full price for a used item. And certainly unexpected from wayfair. Edit 17 April: guess the rating caught their attention. I have received not 1, but 2, communications from Wayfair insisting the unit i received was brand new, not a refurb. They expressed hope that I would reconsider my 2 star review, even offering a few dollars and an extra year warranty. I appreciate their reaching out and conciliatory tone. And as noted, the fountain and delivery were both excellent. I am nonetheless not convinced this unit isn't a repack. But they get an extra star for their efforts. I have ordered from Wayfair previously, and will probably order from them in the future, so if I've unfairly accused them of something of which they aren't guilty, my apology. But I do stand by original assessment.
