This was the first item I bought from Wayfair. I was sent a second one by mistake. The colors were not what I expected and I called and spoke with one of your reps. I explained about the second one and wanting to return the one I bought. I was told to keep the free one and there would be a cost to return the one I paid for. Both ended up at the Goodwill and I ate the cost. I swore I"d never buy from Wayfair again. I have bought five times since with another issue related to the last item I bought. Hasn't been resolved yet. Out of 6 items bought, 2 of the experiences have not been good.
