Original purchase arrived with frame broken. Doubled boxed with no exterior evidence of damage. Replacement arrived double boxed with no visual exterior damage to packaging. Opened to find frame of print broken. Called customer service and they assured me that the next replacement would have extra packing material and would have exterior markings indicating the contents were fragile. The next replacement print arrived with no exterior markings indicating it was fragile. The print was packed in one box with no extra packing material. Good news was that this frame was not broken. Bad news, the print was a smaller size than my original purchase. After spending 2 months trying to get a print delivered that was not broken, I conceded that I would not call customer service to inform them that the wrong size print had been delivered. I’ll live with the unbroken smaller size. Rated the shopping experience two stars as it was totally in regards to the manner in which the product was delivered and damaged. Wayfair customer service deserves five stars. They were very helpful and accommodating.

The image and color combination are exactly what I was looking for. A nice balance of greys and blacks against a white background. The removal of one star is based on the fact that the image could be a little sharper. It's ok, especially with abstract art, but I would hav
