poor instructions and I know the box is here but it shouldn’t of been damage like that and then I missing parts I don’t know if that’s on the boat it’s supposed to be bent curved and straight or what other than that I really like my products The things that I ordered

Very unsafe chair!! Tips over extremely easy when a client bends forward. The foot rest is very sharp around the edges. Finally decided to get a better quality chair for the safety of my clients.. This chair should not be sold to consumers!!

Although the Chair itself works ok, It was made with low quality parts making the chair weak and unstable whenever reclining it. It wobbles a lot depending on how much weight the client carries. I would have returned it for something sturdy or built stronger but I became frustrated and angry with my choice and learned to live with it and make it work. The chair has already paid for itself 5 times but I'm still unhappy with my purchase. It would have been to much to take apart and ship back. Also the height of the chair is too low. I find myself bending over a lot in order to service my clients hair.
