I received two canvases of the same, even though I ordered one. Both had broken frames and damaged canvases. Then when the replacement, non-broken one arrived, and I was able to size it to the area, I found that I needed a smaller size. I was told that I could no longer exchange it for the size I needed. So, now I have a canvas to give away, as it does not fit the intended area. So, I am out the original cost and have a total of three canvases; two broken and one intact. None that I am able to use. As the situation was not corrected, without me losing the money for the one non-damaged canvas and now having three canvases to now dispose of, I would recommend to not ordering non-framed canvases from this vendor.
