Mandoline OXO Mandoline Good Grips

This thing was so complicated to put together, that it wasn't worth it. THEN, trying to disassemble it and get everything back to where it was located so it would fit back in the box was a whole other issue. I used it once and got rid of it. As far as how it cut, I wasn't impressed with that either. It left big chunks of veggies that had to be hand cut, because there was no safe way of continuing to cut them on the mandolin. So this one fell flat. WAY too much trouble for the payoff.
